Job summary

Opti Staffing Group seeks a Drafting/Programmer in NE Portland, OR to create shop fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Mastercam for CNC machinery. You will translate blueprints into buildable shop drawings and write code to program CNC equipment for efficient, precise production.

The role requires 2+ years in AutoCAD and Mastercam, strong G-code knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. This is a full-time, on-site position with overtime as needed in a collaborative, fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AutoCAD experience.
• 2+ years of Mastercam programming experience for CNC machinery.
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and renderings for fabrication.
• Familiarity with architectural woodworking and detailing.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CNC programming experience with strong G-code knowledge.
