Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of CNC programming experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with Mastercam 2024-2025.
  • Experience with Solid Works and Vericut (company currently using newest versions).
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009).
  • Ability to consistently deliver products that meets or exceeds specifications.
  • High level working knowledge of machine controls such as Mazak, Haas and Heidenhain.
  • Experienced in optimizing CNC programs, including fixture designs, and reducing machining time.
  • Proficient with Mastercam software, Vericut verification software, and program editors.

SUMMARY
