Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar CNC capacity.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written/verbal directions.
• Intermediate math and communication skills.
• Proficient with required gaging instruments and their application.

Responsibilities

• Run and setup CNC/mechanical equipment for consistent output.
• Diagnose and correct complex issues; perform advanced adjustments and light programming.
• Read blueprints and specifications to hit exact tolerances.
• Perform in-process and final inspections with gaging instruments.
• Maintain 5S and audit-ready workspace; follow safety and quality policies.
