Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate lathes and mills, reading blueprints and setting up equipment for tight-tolerance parts. You will load materials, verify dimensions with precision tools, and adjust tools to maintain quality while meeting delivery goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus experience with metrology and a basic understanding of machining practices. The job is on-site in a manufacturing setting with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and supporting equipment to produce conforming parts.
• Configure machines per drawings, specs, and work instructions.

• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; record and maintain results.
• Perform offsets, routine adjustments, and tool changes.
• Flag quality concerns and equipment issues; recommend process improvements.
• Maintain traceable production and inspection documentation.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and 5S/housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance to meet plan.

You’ll own your cell—from setup to final inspection—while partnering with teammates to hit safety, quality, and delivery goals.
