Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathes, mills, and supporting equipment to produce conforming parts.
  • Configure machines per drawings, specs, and work instructions.
  • Load materials, monitor cycles, and optimize for quality and efficiency.
  • Measure with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; record and maintain results.
  • Perform offsets, routine adjustments, and tool changes.
  • Flag quality concerns and equipment issues; recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain traceable production and inspection documentation.
  • Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and 5S/housekeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, quality, and maintenance to meet plan.

Are you the go-to person for tight-tolerance parts?If you can read a blueprint, think in thousandths, and keep machines humming, this role is for you. You’ll own your cell—from setup to final inspection—while partnering with teammates to hit safety, quality, and delivery goals.
