Job summary

Gemini, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual for a Part-Time CNC Production Support & Material Handler role in Cannon Falls, MN. You will assist CNC operators, move and stage materials, and help minimize downtime between jobs.

The position offers flexible hours (4–6 hours/day, 9am–3pm range) with overtime as needed, and includes benefits and safety training as part of a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment and/or hand tools.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent demonstrated competency through work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNC machine operators with set up and teardown during job changeovers.
• Move materials to designated areas and transport raw materials, WIP, and supplies as needed.
• Prepare and stage the next job, ensuring materials and tooling are ready for the CNC operator.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Drive forklift and other material handling equipment as required.
• Support Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts in the plant.
