Job summary

Gemini, Inc. in Cannon Falls, MN is seeking a dependable, hands-on Foundry Team Member to support CNC machining operations. You will assist with material handling, machine changeovers, production staging, and preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role is part-time (4–6 hrs/day, flexible 9am–3pm) with overtime as needed. Base pay is $19.40 per hour, and benefits include health insurance, retirement match, PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience working with equipment and/or hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNC operators with setup and teardown during job changeovers.
• Move materials to designated areas and transport raw materials and supplies.
• Prepare and stage the next job with materials, tooling, and fixtures.
• Support routine maintenance and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Maintain assembly supply inventory and participate in Lean/CI efforts.
