Gemstar Manufacturing, a division of Gemini, Inc., is seeking a Thermoform Machine Operator for our Cannon Falls, MN location. You will set up and run thermoforming lines and 5-axis CNC equipment, read drawings, adjust process parameters, and conduct quick inspections to ensure quality.

The role operates on 5/8-hour night shifts (10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday) with a 10% shift premium. Healthcare, retirement match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, CNC, thermoforming is preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and work with precision.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate thermoforming machines, molds and related equipment.
• Operate 5-axis CNC machinery for finishing thermoformed parts.
• Load programs, tooling and materials per work instructions.
• Read blueprints, drawings and inspection requirements.
• Adjust settings to maintain product quality.
• Perform inspections with calipers and gauges; document results.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and keep a safe work area.
