Job summary

Gemini, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift CNC Machine Operator for our Plaque/Cast Manufacturing group in Cannon Falls, MN. This full-time role offers a wage range of $22.83 to $30.22 per hour, inclusive of a 10% shift premium, with a 11:00pm–7:30am schedule, Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include finishing metal products, operating waterjet technology, reading blueprints, coordinating with sales and shop staff, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments is required.
• Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints is expected.

Responsibilities

• Finish metal products: sawing, sanding, drilling and tapping, hand finishing, blasting, sanding and polishing.
• Operate waterjet cutting technology.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to determine products to be manufactured.
• Coordinate steps with sales and shop personnel to complete projects.
• Maintain inventory of assembly supplies and records of production processes.
