• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs.
• Adhere to OSHA-driven safety rules and policies.
• Assist with additional production tasks and housekeeping as needed.

Day-in-the-life in North Billerica, MA

Begin your shift on the production floor supporting CNC operations. In this entry-level position, you'll learn to run equipment, load and unload parts, and keep machines humming so the team can hit quality and delivery goals. You'll partner closely with teammates, uphold strict quality standards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What you'll do

• Safely load and unload casting components into CNC production machinery.
• Use basic precision measuring tools to verify machined parts (training provided).
• Monitor equipment and quickly report defective materials, machine variances, or questionable conditions to the shift supervisor.
• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to OSHA-driven safety rules and facility policies at all times.
• Assist with additional production tasks and housekeeping as needed.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20/hour, plus a 10% shift differential
• Hours: Second Shift | 4:40 PM - 3:0 AM | Monday-Thursday
