Job summary

Pace Industries, LLC in North Billerica, MA seeks an entry-level CNC operator to support production on the second shift. You will learn to run equipment, load/unload parts, and help keep machines running to meet quality and delivery goals.

You will work closely with teammates, follow SOPs, and uphold safety standards in a clean, organized workspace. Training provided for measuring parts and reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely load and unload casting components.
• Follow SOPs and strict quality standards.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload casting components into CNC production machinery.
• Use basic precision measuring tools to verify machined parts (training provided).
• Monitor equipment and report defects, variances, or questionable conditions to shift supervisor.
• Follow detailed work instructions and SOPs.
• Adhere to OSHA-driven safety rules and policies.
• Assist with additional production tasks and housekeeping as needed.
