Qualifications

• CNC machining experience in vertical and Swiss lathes.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications.
• Supervisory experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma; technical training/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC machinists and operators in vertical and Swiss lathe departments.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling and process issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Review and implement process improvements.
