Job Summary

This is a skilled position for CNC operations. Performs advanced duties for the finishing and machining of metal parts. Responsible for operating CNC Machining Centers, including loading fixtures with parts, changing and measuring tools, inspecting and verifying machined parts, deburring, cleaning, and packaging in the CNC Cell.

Essential Functions

• Visually inspect or use measuring devices to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Learn and apply material handling and finishing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of parts.
• Input data into computer systems accurately.
• Cross-train in deburring, cleaning, and packaging.
• Perform machine maintenance and checks.
• Set up fixtures and tools for advanced operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
