Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION in North Plains, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate work in a machine shop, ensuring production meets cost, quality, and schedule targets. You will supervise CNC milling and turning operations, read schematics, train staff, and coordinate maintenance while controlling safety, yields, and costs.

Qualifications include 2-4 years in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, attention to detail, and strong teamwork; lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day production activities and schedules.
• Supervise production staff and provide technical direction.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure product meets customer specs and quality standards.
• Schedule maintenance and ensure safe equipment use.
• Monitor output and report performance.
