Job summary

Fathom Manufacturing seeks a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day activity on the production floor across turning and milling. You will ensure the production schedule is executed on time, assign work, and maintain ERP accuracy while guiding the shop floor team.

You will act as the primary technical resource for machining issues, coach machinists, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. This is a non-working supervisor role with focus on people leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CNC machining environment with turning and milling operations.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems including production transactions and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly production scheduling across all machining departments.
• Ensure all production transactions are accurate and completed in real time in the ERP system.
• Serve as primary technical resource for machining issues on the floor and coach operators.
