Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a CNC machining/assembly team.
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense manufacturing.
• Self-motivated with goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and train manufacturing staff in the assigned area.
• Lead and coach the team to maximize throughput.
• Conduct daily standups and report against targets.
• Ensure materials, tools, and documents are ready for shifts.
• Identify improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Enforce OSHA standards and take corrective action.
• Perform 7S and Lean projects.
• Perform some in-process inspections and QC tasks.
• Understand assembly processes and related components.
