Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Devens, MA seeks a skilled CNC Operator to run lathe and milling centers, aligning setups with drawings and tolerances. The role supports aerospace, defense, medical devices, and other critical industries in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities include first article checks and ongoing quality monitoring. Level II and Level III wage bands apply with a night shift differential; a strong focus on safety and team collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with 3- and 4-axis CNC milling centers, live tooling lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Adhere to health & safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to quality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe and/or mill on FANUC, DMG MORI, Okuma.
• Set up and run machines, read drawings, and establish offsets.
• Inspect parts during production for dimensional and visual quality.
• Monitor equipment and tooling; respond to breakdowns.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with training.
