HYCO Alabama is seeking a CNC Programmer to build, launch, and stabilize new CNC production. You will translate engineered designs into repeatable CNC processes, program new parts, set up machines, perform first-article runs, and document procedures.

You will train operators and collaborate with Production, Quality, and ES&H to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing. Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC programming and setup experience, the ability to read engineering drawings, and strong

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Author CNC programs for new parts and revisions; refine for quality and throughput.
• Set up machines, run first articles, validate tooling, fixtures, and instructions.
• Train operators on safe operation, program loading, setups, and core machining principles.
• Support cross-functional process improvements with Production, Quality, Engineering, and ES&H.
• Conduct time studies, capture production data, and establish standard cycle times.
• Drive reductions in cycle time and improve quality, tooling life, productivity, and machine utilization.
