Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GC or GD&T knowledge preferred.
• 5+ years operating CNC machines in production.
• Fluency in reading blueprints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up and operate CNC equipment to meet print specs and quality targets.
• Interpret drawings to define machining strategy and sequence.
• Continuously monitor operations and adjust to maintain tolerance and finish.
• Coach fellow operators to improve cell capability and throughput.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and accuracy.
• Document inspections and maintain clean, safe work area.
