ESAPCO is seeking a Machine Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts that meet print specifications. You will study work orders, blueprints and engineering plans to plan machining parameters and tolerances, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires teamwork, on‑the‑job learning, and a willingness to teach others. You will load/unload materials, set up fixtures, and verify measurements with micrometers and calipers, while maintaining a clean and

Formación

• One year of machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions and drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of safety requirements and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret tapes, calipers and micrometers.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet all criteria for Machine Operator 1 and 2.
• Program and operate CNC machines to produce machined parts.
• Study work orders and blueprints to plan machining parameters.
• Set up and optimize programs for simple parts.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings accurately.
• Maintain equipment and keep records in E10 and other systems.
