Keystone Threaded Products in Valley View, OH seeks a CNC Process Programmer — Threaded Components to translate complex drawings into precise CNC programs and setups. You will load materials, select tooling, and dial in machine parameters to consistently hit specifications while supporting production targets.

You will also troubleshoot issues, run first articles and final inspections, and mentor operators to maintain quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• CNC programming from scratch; expert blueprint interpretation.
• Quality inspection proficiency; solid computer literacy.
• Physical ability for hands‑on machining.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Transform technical drawings into efficient CNC programs and setups.
• Load materials and the correct tooling; dial in machine settings to hit spec.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing hiccups and resolve nonconforming parts.
• Run first articles and final inspections; own quality throughout.
• Operate machines when needed and oversee production runs.
• Maintain, clean, and care for equipment; train new staff on procedures.
