Qualifications

• CNC operation, setup, and programming background to assist operators and solve setups.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of mold injection machines and processes.
• Knowledge of HDPE, resin systems, and setting up molds.
• Ability to read posted bulletins, regulations, manuals, and work instructions.
• Team-oriented with positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and operators to troubleshoot problems in manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement tooling and replacement equipment to improve throughput.
• Analyze processes to verify documentation matches actual manufacturing.
• Support DMAIC, LEAN, and 5S initiatives and cost reduction projects.
• Develop and update manufacturing documentation and report process performance.
• Inspect completed work and ensure conformance to specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment and report inventory use.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work 10 hours per day, weekends as required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug checks.
