Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer for machining and process optimization in Menomonee Falls, WI. This direct-hire role focuses on hands-on CNC process development, cycle-time reduction, and real-time troubleshooting across multi-axis mills and lathes.

You will collaborate with machinists and quality inspectors, develop process plans and tooling packages, and lead Lean/5S initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering in precision CNC machining.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, feeds and speeds, and workholding.
• Experience with CAM software (Mastercam preferred) and CAD tools.
• Degree preferred but not required with hands-on CNC depth.
• Willingness to work on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Drive Machining Process Optimization across CNC operations, leading process development and real-time troubleshooting.
• Evaluate prints and machining strategies to establish optimal sequences and workholding.
• Develop manufacturing documentation: process plans, setup sheets, tooling packages, and standard work instructions.
• Design fixtures and select tooling with CAD/CAM tools.
• Collaborate with machinists, setup technicians, and quality inspectors to resolve variances and review CMM reports.
• Lead Lean/5S initiatives to maximize tool life, minimize scrap, and improve throughput.
