Job summary

Northern Gear and Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to optimize programming, improve existing processes, and implement new fixturing concepts.

The role involves programming CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines, selecting tooling, and delivering parts within tolerance while supporting setup through first-piece approval.

Qualifications

• 3+ years set-up and operation experience in a machining environment.
• Experience with MasterCam, SolidWorks, Inventor, Cad Cam.
• Creative problem solver.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines: mills, lathes, swiss.
