Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manufacturing or Process Engineering focusing on precision CNC machining.
• Strong fluency in GD&T, blueprint reading, feeds and speeds, and workholding practices.
• Practical CAM experience (Mastercam preferred) and CAD design software (SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD).
• Education preference but not mandatory if hands-on CNC depth is strong.
• Proactive, floor-friendly mindset with collaboration to bridge engineering and production.
• Residence within daily commuting radius of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Drive machining process optimization for CNC operations and real-time troubleshooting.
• Evaluate prints, 3D models, and GD&T specs to select sequences, parameters, and workholding.
• Create process plans, setup sheets, tooling packages, and work instructions for shop floor.
• Assist with fixture design and tool trials using CAD and CAM tools (Mastercam).
• Collaborate with machinists, setup technicians, and quality inspectors to resolve variances and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead Lean/5S initiatives to maximize tool life, reduce scrap, and improve throughput.
