Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Understanding of BOM, Quality ISO standards, PFMEA.
• Experience in process development in an integrated team environment (PM, Six Sigma, LEAN).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Must be proficient with CNC programming and interpret drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise in managing materials from the integrated supply chain.
• Drive Continuous Improvement to meet and exceed operational objectives.
• Improve current manufacturing processes and develop new manufacturing processes.
• Technical capability with knowledge of automated processes.
• Troubleshoot shop floor issues and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycle times.
• Audit, teach, and drive execution to benchmark standards for continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute projects to achieve SQDCP targets.
• Develop PFMEA and control plans (FMEA, CP/CPK, GRR, MSA).
• Focus on reducing costs through labor/machine efficiency and OEE improvements.
• Install/qualification of tools including MSA, GRR, CP/CPK, and equipment/process matching.
