Qualifications

• 2+ years of press brake setup and operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Experience with CNC press brakes (Ermak, Pacific, Niagara, Cincinnati).
• Familiarity with CNC controllers and programs.
• Knowledge of tooling, material types, and forming techniques.
• Ability to work with overhead cranes and handle large components.
• Attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for production runs.
• Interpret blueprints, bend deductions, and job specifications.
• Utilize CNC press brake controllers to program, modify, optimize bend sequences.
• Select proper tooling and machine setups.
• Perform bending, forming, and straightening operations.
• Inspect finished parts and verify accuracy.
• Record production data and maintain workflow.
• Operate an overhead crane to move material.
• Perform operator maintenance.
