Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Press Brake Operator to set up, maintain, and operate brake presses in a production cell. You will follow work orders, read blueprints, and ensure quality while adhering to safety policies. The role involves overtime as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include programming and operating presses, performing inspections, and maintaining paperwork and housekeeping. Experience with Wintriss or Aida controls is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake machines and perform bending with standard or custom punches.
• Input required data into CNC controller and adjust ram/back gauge per specs.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure conformance to blueprints and tolerances.
• Set up light-gauge sheet metal and manage punch/die clearances.
• Complete paperwork and maintain clean, organized work area.
