Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to set up, run, and inspect CNC press brakes for precision sheet metal parts. You will read drawings, select tooling, and verify programs while maintaining quality and efficiency on a lean production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls.
• Ability to read production drawings and flat patterns.
• Experience reading gauges and using measuring tools.
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brakes.
• Load material and unload finished parts from machines.
• Verify programs, tooling, and material prior to runs.
• Perform startup, shutdown, and daily maintenance.
• Install punches, dies, and tooling as required.
• Read 2D/3D drawings for setup.
• Measure parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with leads to meet daily goals.
