SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to operate and support CNC fiber laser and CNC press brake equipment for precision-cut sheet metal parts. You will handle setup, operation, inspection, and material handling in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls.
• Ability to read production drawings and flat patterns.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to safety procedures and a clean, organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC fiber laser and CNC press brake equipment.
• Load material and unload finished parts from machines.
• Verify programs, tooling, and material prior to running jobs.
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine maintenance.
• Read 2D/3D drawings for proper setup and dimensions.
• Measure parts to ensure accuracy per specifications.
• Collaborate with leads to meet daily production goals and report quality issues.
• Maintain LEAN and 5S compliant workspace.
• Assist with inventory of tooling such as punches and dies.
