Personnel Services Unlimited, Inc. is hiring a Press Brake Operator for our Shelby, NC client on the first shift. The role requires CNC press brake setups, tooling selection, and precision to meet production and quality standards.

You will read drawings, use measuring tools, record production data in ERP, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC press brake experience.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools.
• Strong attendance and team player.
• Must lift 50 lbs.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups on CNC press brakes and select tooling/offsets.
• Read drawings and use measuring tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers, height stand).
• Maintain daily production to meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure products meet print and router requirements.
• Record production data in ERP (start/stop times, scrap, quantity).
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines as required.
• Identify and report defective materials or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Suggest workflow improvements.
