Responsibilities include setup, part production in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, inspection with gauges, and maintaining quality records. Safety and teamwork are essential in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have prior experience operating CNC press brake.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
• Experience using measuring tools and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work around moving machinery.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operation of CNC and mechanical press brakes.
• Produce carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts according to customer drawings and specifications.
• Read customer drawings and understand measurements and tolerances.
• Use measuring tools and gauges to inspect finished parts.
• Monitor parts for quality and report any discrepancies or machine/tooling issues.
• Record production time, quantities, scrap, and materials used.
• Perform light machine and tooling maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety requirements.
