Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machines for shaping metal sheets in Lexington, Virginia. The role includes fabricating parts, performing quality inspections, and ensuring equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferred production experience.

Shifts available are 2nd (3:00PM-11:30PM) and 3rd (11:00PM-7:30AM). Pay starts at $24.23/hour, increasing to $26.23 after 9 months, with additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Production experience in a make-to-order assembly role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, assembly checks, and CAD models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machine according to blueprints.
• Fabricate parts using sheet metal fabricating tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
