Qualifications

• 1+ years in pipe processing or similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools for cutting and bending.
• Knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration piping is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up copper bending, cutting and punching machines to print specs.
• Set up T-drill machine to meet print requirements.
• Measure finished copper to confirm quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery to diagnose errors.
• Follow schedule to ensure timely delivery to production lines.
• Complete preventive maintenance on all machines.
