BorgWarner is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate multi-axis machines, producing complex metallic parts to exact tolerances. You will adjust tooling, measure with calipers and micrometers, and verify finished components against blueprints in a fast-paced plant environment.

Safety and quality are paramount; you will follow 5S, SPC practices, and production targets while maintaining clean, organized workstations and reporting any issues promptly.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with measuring instruments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Adjust fixtures and tooling; verify tolerances with gauges.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions to ensure quality.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Record production data and assist with preventive maintenance.
