BorgWarner is seeking a Manufacturing Machinist/M2 to set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, grinders, mills, and drill presses to produce complex metal parts to exact tolerances.

The role requires basic math, ability to read gear charts, and proficiency with calipers and micrometers. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comply with safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic and advanced math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, geometry, trig) preferred.
• Ability to read gear charts and interpret technical drawings.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate CNC machines (2–6 axis).
• Set up and adjust fixtures, cutting tools, and tooling offsets.
• Follow work instructions and process sheets for department tasks.
• Verify finished parts with measuring tools to ensure tolerance.
• Support production by meeting daily targets and maintaining quality.
