CyberCoders in the Charlotte, NC area is seeking a skilled CNC Precision Machinist for multi-axis milling in a high-volume, quality-focused facility. You will set up, program adjustments, read blueprints with GD&T, and drive improvements to efficiency and uptime.

The role offers $30.00-$35.00 per hour with shift differential for 2nd shift, relocation assistance, and a team-driven environment that prioritizes safety, continuous improvement, and state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining in a high-volume production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T callouts.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and in-process inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC machining centers for high-volume precision production
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and manufacturing specifications
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and minor program modifications as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues and help minimize downtime
• Monitor tooling performance and improve machining efficiency
• Accurately document production and quality data within ERP systems
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to achieve daily manufacturing goals
• Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
