Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and blueprints.
• Basic understanding of CNC controls, cutting tools, and mechanical systems.
• Previous CNC milling experience preferred, especially multi-axis milling; higher wages for G-code experience.
• Self-starter with attention to detail, communication, and safety/quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling centers per work orders and blueprints.
• Study drawings and manuals to install instructions and prepare equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and checks to meet specifications.
• Verify finished parts with precision measuring tools and perform deburring as needed.
• Complete forms, reports, logs, and production sign-offs accurately.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $38.00/hour (+15% Shift Diff) + $1,500 Hiring Bonus

Schedule/Shift: 2nd Shift 3:00pm-2:00am Monday - Thursday

Summary

• Set up and operate CNC milling centers according to work orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Study drawings, blueprints, samples, and manuals to install computerized instructions and prepare equipment for production.
• Perform quality inspections and operational checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify finished parts using precision measuring equipment and perform deburring as required.
• Complete required forms, reports, logs, records, and production sign-offs accurately.
