Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing; CNC experience REQUIRED.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment maintenance.
• Strong inventory management knowledge.
• PLC programming experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA and health & safety regulations.
• Experience in training and developing a diverse team.
• Process improvement and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Program and maintain PLC systems for optimal performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety regulations.
• Develop training programs for the maintenance team.
• Implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
• Oversee the maintenance department budget.
