The ideal candidate has 2+ years of programming/setup experience, the ability to read 2D/3D drawings, and familiarity with CAT40 tooling and measurement tools. A focus on communication and time management is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in programming and setup.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and 3D models.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds/feeds, and CAT40 tooling setup.
• Ability to use basic measurement instruments to verify components meet requirements.
• Clear verbal communication and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate a CNC Plate Plasma Machine to support daily production output.
• Inspect production parts using measurement instruments to verify requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety expectations in a production environment.
• Deburr output materials from the plate plasma machine to prepare parts for next steps.
• Collaborate with Quality, Environmental, and H&S teams to ensure safety, operational, and regulatory compliance.
