Crowder Constructors Inc in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a CNC Plasma Burn Table Machinery Operator to set up and run the CNC plasma cutting table, load materials, and ensure quality per drawings. This hands-on role requires attention to safety procedures and strong problem-solving.

You will program cutting paths with SigmaNEST, read blueprints, and work with CAD/CAM tools. Minimum 2 years of CNC plasma experience; high school diploma or better preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC plasma cutting tables.
• Experience with SigmaNEST software for programming and nesting.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in cutting operations.
• Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the CNC plasma cutting table and related fabrication equipment.
• Program and optimize cutting paths using SigmaNEST.
• Load and unload materials with forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot plasma cutting equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist fabrication team with duties as needed.
• Possibly travel for multi-state project assignments.
