Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a Machine Operator to support daily production. You will program, set up, and operate a CNC Plate Plasma Machine to help meet output targets and quality standards.

The ideal candidate reads 2D prints and 3D models, uses measurement tools, and maintains a clean, safe work area. You will collaborate with Quality, Environmental, and H&S teams to ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement; Monday through Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' CNC programming & setup experience.
• Able to read 2D prints and 3D models.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds/feeds, CAT40.
• Skilled with basic measurement instruments.
• Strong verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC plasma machine for daily output.
• Inspect parts using measurement tools to verify spec.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Deburr materials to prep parts for next steps.
• Collaborate with Q, Environmental, and H&S to ensure safety and compliance.
