Job summary

Trinity Products in Kansas City, KS is seeking a CNC Pipe Profiling Operator for a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm). You will safety set-up and operate a plasma pipe profiling system, load approved cutting programs, verify specifications, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, inspecting cut parts, and ensuring quality and safety. This role offers employee ownership, shift premium pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC, automated cutting, fabrication or similar equipment.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, mechanical documents, dimensions and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, inspect, clean and perform operator-level maintenance on the plasma pipe profiling system.
• Read and understand work orders, fabrication drawings, cut lists, mechanical drawings and other technical documents.
• Verify pipe diameter, wall thickness, grade, length, identification, orientation and quantity before cutting.
• Select, load, verify and execute the correct approved CNC cutting program for the assigned work order.
• Verify machine setup and cutting parameters and make adjustments to support safe operation and quality.
