Job summary

Openwork LLC in the Pearland area is seeking a Weekend Days Takamatsu CNC Operator for a precision machining company serving the Oil & Gas industry. You will operate a Takamatsu CNC lathe with Fanuc/Takamatsu controls and ensure quality throughout the process.

Key duties include setting up and running the CNC lathe, measuring parts with calipers and micrometers, inspecting machinery and products, and handling materials safely.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines with Takamatsu or Fanuc controls.
• Ability to set up and run a Takamatsu CNC lathe.
• Strong measurement skills with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Takamatsu CNC machine and oversee daily lathe functions.
• Precisely measure parts using calipers and micrometers.
• Inspect machinery and products for quality assurance.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently.

Job description

Openwork is engaged in a search for a Weekend Days Takamatsu CNC Operator for precision machining company specializing in the Oil & Gas industry in the Pearland area.

Must have experience with CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls/Takamatsu

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Takamatsu CNC machine
• Oversee the daily functions of the CNC Lathe
• Precision measurement of product using Calipers and Micrometers
• Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance
• Handle materials appropriately and safely

What you’ll need:

• Familiarity with precision measurement equipment (e.g.- Calipers, Micrometers)
• Experience operating CNC Machines – Experience level will determine pay rate
• Experience with CNC Lathes with Takamatsu or Fanuc control
• Experience with Twin Spindle or Twin Turrets is a PLUS!
• Ability to work independently
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly

• $ 22-28/hr. DOE. Weekly pay!
