WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person; Manufacturing/Shop Setting

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and assist with CNC machinery under the direction of experienced machinists.
• Load and unload materials and parts into machines.
• Read and follow basic work instructions, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect parts.
• Perform basic machine setup and make adjustments as trained.
• Monitor machines during production to ensure parts are produced correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production paperwork and accurately record measurements and quantities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Assist experienced machinists with daily production tasks.
• Learn machine operation, tooling, inspection procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Meet production schedules and quality requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous manufacturing, machining, or shop experience is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

PAY RATE

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - Until finish 3:30 PM - Until finish
