Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Day Shift CNC Operator for a precision machining company serving the Oil & Gas sector in Pearland. You will operate a CNC lathe, monitor daily functions, and ensure product quality through precise measurements.

The role requires experience with Mazak/Okuma CNC lathes and Fanuc controls; additional exposure to twin spindle/twin turret configurations is a plus. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a day shift.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision measurement equipment (e.g.- Calipers, Micrometers).
• Experience operating CNC Machines – experience level will determine pay rate.
• Experience with CNC Lathes Mazak and/or Okuma with Fanuc control.
• Experience with Twin Spindle or Twin Turrets is a PLUS.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly.
