Accurus Aerospace Corporation is seeking an entry-level CNC Machine Operator Trainee to learn setup, operation, and inspection of CNC centers. You will work with experienced operators to develop skills in tool changes, measurement, and basic troubleshooting.

The 90-day training program runs on day shift, followed by potential full-time placement as Level I–III based on performance. Must be able to stand, lift up to 100 pounds, and follow safety protocols.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Experience reading blueprints preferred.
• Completion of internal CNC training Level I–III is required.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up and operates automated CNC Vertical and horizontal machines.
• Interprets X,Y,Z axis locations and read blueprints accurately.
• Performs daily checks and reports issues to supervisor.
• Adjusts feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed during operation.
• Maintains safety standards and uses PPE per policy.
• Participates in machining and setup sequences as required.
• Works with inspection tools to verify part dimensions.
• Attends training program and progresses to Level I–III operator.
