Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills including fractions.
• Experience reading shop blueprints and drawings preferred.
• Completion of internal training for Level I–III Operators is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal machines.
• Interpret blueprints and setup sheets.
• Inspect parts using micrometers and height gauges.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE.
• Monitor machines and report concerns to supervisor.
