Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
- Identify and rectify non-conforming products to maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Safely and accurately load materials into machines.
- Collaborate with co-workers to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate with management to align on productivity objectives.
