Qualifications

• Technical trade school or machining apprenticeship completion is preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on machining in high-volume production.
• Advanced knowledge of CNC controls: Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain.
• Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and SPC proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read production documents to produce the relevant part.
• Use ERP/MRP tools to ensure supplies and record quality data.
• Check parts against quality specs and maintain quality standards.
• Perform machine maintenance to increase plant availability.
• Produce quality parts to meet sales targets.
• Adhere to deadlines to maintain service levels and shift goals.
• Continuously optimize processes to boost efficiency.
• Perform setup tasks to reduce downtimes.
