Job summary

Knoll Inc. in East Greenville, PA, seeks a Machine Operator on 2nd shift to program and operate CNC woodworking machinery, and to assist with finishing and assembly.

You will read blueprints, translate specs into machine instructions, load materials, run tests, monitor cycles, and inspect finished parts to ensure quality. Prior CNC experience and math skills are valued, with an associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Two year associates degree preferred.
• Background in woodworking or CNC manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform a variety of tasks.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to determine specifications.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machine functions.
• Load raw materials and setup parts on machines.
• Conduct test runs to verify outputs against specs.
• Supervise operations, adjust settings to improve results, inspect finished parts.
